Creating a unique version with the same cover price as the original requires a certain quantity of orders or pre-orders to be financially viable. This quantity isn't actually that large, and I'm certain that the interest I have received so far from the US makes this easily achievable. If these orders don't arrive by the print date of the beginning of August, the normal version of ICON can be sent or a full refund offered.
